Cancellation & Billing

Free trial
New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. You are not billed during the trial. Cancel before it ends if you do not want the paid plan.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime in Settings → Subscription. After you cancel, you keep access to your plan until the end of your current billing period or free trial, and you will not be charged again.
No refunds
Payments are non-refundable, including partial billing periods after you cancel.
Billing questions
If a charge looks wrong, email christ@sessionlock.eliselabs.com with your account email and the charge date.
